| A wide range of Iyengar
yoga holidays and weekends are held at the centre throughout the
year. These are given by national and international Iyengar yoga
teachers. See forthcoming Events below. Co Clare is widely considered the heart of Ireland’s traditional Irish music heritage. As such, opportunities to visit the local pubs for music and set dancing are rarely missed when on a yoga weekend or holiday at the east clare yoga centre! Free time is also filled with a choice of woodland & hillside walks, boat trips or horse-riding. There is also the option to just sit and relax in the spacious living area at the centre.
