Getting there

By Car

From Dublin/Limerick

Follow signs from the N7 for Killaloe/Ballina. When in Ballina cross bridge and turn right. Travel along the R463 for 9½ miles. Boru Oak Lodge is on the right hand side, 1and a half miles before Tuamgraney village.

From Ennis

Follow signs for Tulla, Scariff and Portumna. Continue on the R352 for 21 miles which brings you to the village of Tuamgraney. Take a right turn, following signs for Killaloe/Ballina (R463). Boru Oak Lodge is on the left hand side, 1and a half miles outside the village.

From Galway

After passing through Gort continue on the N18 for 3½ miles. Take the R461 to the left following signs for Scariff and Ballina/Killaloe. After 12 miles turn left at Pepper Bar and continue on this road until you reach Scariff. In Scariff turn right and after 1 mile you will arrive in Tuamgraney village. Take left turn following signs for Ballina/Killaloe and Boru Oak Lodge is on the left 1½ Miles outside Tuamgraney village

By Air

The closest airport is Shannon which is a 40 minute drive away. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged in advance. A number of airlines offer flights to Shannon, including the two main Irish airlines, Aer Lingus and RyanAir.

Guests traveling from overseas to arrange own flight. Complimentary pick up at Shannon Airport is offered up to 6 pm on day of arrival.

By Train

Pick up at Birdhill train station (on the Dublin-Limerick train line) can be arranged (20 mins drive).
