The east clare yoga centre is run
by the Sturton Family.
Susanne Sturton is a qualified
Iyengar Yoga teacher and teaches weekly classes
and week-end workshops. Susanne’s husband Paul and
his parents, Rod and Pheme create the vegetarian
menus and do all the cooking. Rod and Pheme have
many years experience in the service industry
having run their own business in the UK for many
years. Also living at the centre are Susanne and
Paul’s young daughters Hazel and Holly.
