Meals.

All meals are home-cooked vegetarian and are of the highest standard. Local organic produce is used where possible and special dietary needs can be catered for by prior arrangement.

Snacks consisting of dried and fresh fruits, nuts and herbal teas/coffee are available throughout the duration of each workshop.

The premises have its own 150ft well which provides fresh, natural water.

Sample Menu

Breakfast:
Fruit juices

Home made bread/toast

Lunch:
Butternut squash & red pepper soup
Served with home made herb breads and a variety of salads

Dinner:
African Stew (Sweet potatoes, spinach, baby button mushrooms and onions, cooked with fresh coriander, ginger, garlic and peanut butter)
Served with brown basmati rice

Dessert:
Ganeshapuri Fruit Salad (chopped fruit, honey, yoghurt and cardamom mixed with toasted coconut and almonds)

Daily Snacks:
Selection of nuts and fresh & dried fruits, herbal teas and coffee
