All meals are home-cooked
vegetarian and are of the highest standard. Local organic produce
is used where possible and special dietary needs can be catered
for by prior arrangement.
Snacks consisting of dried and fresh fruits, nuts and herbal
teas/coffee are available throughout the duration of each workshop.
The premises have its own 150ft well which provides fresh, natural
water.
