| o Booking Deposit
To book a yoga workshop, weekend or holiday,
a completed booking form needs to be submitted (via email or post)
along with the relevant booking deposit (see below for deposit
fee). The relevant deposit can be paid by credit card, over the phone, or alternatively a euro bank draft or money order can be mailed to; east clare yoga centre
o Booking Contract No contract shall exist until; · the signed booking form has been submitted o Booking Authorisation Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals whose signatures do not appear on the Booking Form, the booking is conditional on the person signing the booking form having written authorisation form all the named individuals to enter into this contract. The written authorisation(s) should be submitted along with the booking form. o Cancellation Though our spaces are limited we will endeavor to treat cancellations sympathetically. As such, if a replacement booking is secured for a late cancellation, whether by the person making the cancellation or otherwise, all monies will be returned, save the deposit, regardless of when the cancellation is made. However, if a replacement is not found, the charges below will be applied. · 4 weeks or more – loss of deposit o Insurance Guests should have their own travel insurance. o Fees Fees include accommodation, full board, yoga tuition and airport transfers. Flights and car hire to be arranged by guests.
Accommodation is on a shared basis in either a double, twin or four-bedded room. If available, it may be possible to book a double room for single occupancy at an extra charge. o Programme Changes At the time of going to press, the programmes listed have all been confirmed by the respective yoga teachers. If, for any reason, the yoga teacher becomes unavailable we shall do our utmost to replace them with a teacher of similar qualities. Wherever possible you will be advised in advance of any alternations. o Exclusions We do not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations,
delays, changes or losses caused by acts of god, war, threat
of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters,
accidents, terrorist attacks or any other events beyond or within
our control; guests’ injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric
conditions developed during or subsequent to the holiday; loss
or damage to personal property of guests.
